Effect of p-nitrophenylglycerol on motility of rat epididymal spermatozoa.

Abstract

Using a convenient capillary tube assay, the antiswarming agent acting on Proteus, p-nitrophenylglycerol (PNPG), was found to have produced an antimotility effect in sperms from rat cauda epididymides.
