Post-traumatic segmental corpus cavernosum fibrosis: the diagnostic value of cavernosography and the surgical correction by cavernosum-cavernosum shunt.

R Abrahamy, E Leiter.

Abstract

A case is reported of post-traumatic segmental corpus cavernosum fibrosis with subsequent loss of erection. Evaluation of such problems with cavernosography is essential. Surgical correction included resection of the fibrotic segment and a cavernosum-cavernosum shunt, which resulted in good erections.
