Open metacarpophalangeal dislocations of the index, middle, ring, and little fingers.

A case of open metacarpophalangeal dislocation involving the index, middle, ring, and little fingers is presented. The extensive soft-tissue injury, associated with the dislocation, probably facilitated reduction. Repair was successful.
