Abstract
Ethyl acetylacrylate reacts rapidly with 2-mercaptoethanol and the sulfhydryl groups of tubulin. The structure of ethyl acetylacrylate resembles that of the reactive portion of cytochalasin A and potentially can serve as an analog of this antibiotic.Entities:
