Abstract
A case of leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata (LPD) is presented with the unique finding of occasional endometrial glands and stroma within smooth muscle nodules. The possible origins of this tissue are discussed in relation to the histogenesis and prognosis of LPD.Entities:
