Epiphyseal separation of the distal end of the humerus with medial displacement.

M E Holda, A Manoli, R I LaMont.

Abstract

Of seven young children with epiphyseal separation in the distal end of the humerus and medial displacement of the distal fragment, five had significant cubitus varus (10 to 15 degrees) at follow-up. This rare injury therefore is one that is likely to produce that residual deformity.
