Abstract
A case of multifocal tuberculous osteomyelitis is reported. The lesions were found in the skull and ribs in a 10 year old girl with pulmonary tuberculosis and with tuberculous lymphadenitis. Complete healing was achieved under chemotherapy. Although radiologically the lesions appear "cystic", their true nature is that of granulomatous--caseous tuberculous osteomyelitis.Entities:
