[Therapy and institutions: size and internal communications of the therapeutics framework system].

This study describes the collaboration effort between professionals of different institutions who are engaged in a multifocal therapeutic framing of an at-risk family. Detriangulation of the professionals out of the family system is emphasized, through the progressive establishment of internal and external communication rules, and through the progressive reduction of the team's dimension. Reference is made to a systemic evolutive model.
