Recurrent dislocation of extensor carpi ulnaris tendon.

W A Eckhardt, A K Palmer.

Abstract

Four cases of symptomatic extensor carpi ulnaris tendon subluxation secondary to extensor carpi ulnaris tendon sheath attenuation of the wrist are presented in an attempt to provide greater awareness of this frequently undiagnosed clinical entity. Sheath reconstruction has been successful in relieving symptoms.
