Abstract
Sometimes it is very difficult to decide whether or not a CFR is spontaneous. This is why it has been termed "so-called" CFR. Trying ot find a new definition we think that a little change in the classic definition by Coleman and Troland (1947) will meet the requirements best. "Spontaneous CFR if the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid through the nose without definite demonstrable cause of origin. Three cases of spontaneous CFR are presented.Entities:
