Abstract
The association of congenital heart disease with choanal atresia is described in 6 infants (2 White, 3 Black and 1 Coloured). The literature is reviewed and 46 similar cases are analysed. The combination of choanal atresia and congenital heart abnormality generally carries a poor prognosis.Entities:
