Abstract
There were 46 patients with primary infertility (34 patients) or secondary infertility (12 patients) with no other detectable cause except myomas. After myomectomy, 38% of the patients with primary infertility had full-term pregnancies and 50% of those with secondary infertility. Preoperative distortion of the endometrial cavity was not impressively correlated with the postoperative prognosis.Entities:
