Multiple low (fat) attenuating lesions associated with an intracranial dermoid cyst: multiple dermoids or cyst rupture? A case report.

A 48-year-old female patient was operated on for a right frontal dermoid cyst. CT scans before and 2 years after the operation demonstrated identical multiple low-density lesions, in the subarachnoid space as well as in the brain tissue. Multiplicity of dermoid cysts is postulated.
