Abstract
A case of acute upper limb ischemia in the thoracic outlet syndrome is reported. Its relief by axillo-axillary bypass grafting is described. The advantages of the latter procedure in a poor-risk patient are discussed. More than 2 1/2 years after operation the graft is patent an the patient is essentially symptom-free.Entities:
