Abstract
Hemifacial spasm is a rare disease. Usually a specific etiologic factor is not found and nonspecific treatments are used. A case of hemifacial spasm secondary to a middle ear cholesteatoma is presented. This origin should be considered in any patient who has hemifacial spasm.Entities:
