[Functional stenosis: pathogenetic principle of ganglia (author's transl)].

T Stuhler.

Ganglia originate from communicating recessus of joints. Frequently knee, wrist and ganglia at foot are seen. The theory of valve-mechanism will be expand with the principle of "functional stenosis". In the main the cause will be seen in the high viscosity of synovia in ganglia.
