Abstract
A case of the isolated fourth ventricle secondarily formed after the removal of cerebellar astrocytoma was reported. Some discussions were made on clinical diagnosis, treatment and pathogenetical considerations. We stressed the urgency of the recognition of this disease because it is a treatable clinical entity by the early and appropriate surgical intervention.Entities:
