Abstract
Six bilateral and two unilateral cases of dysthyroid optic neuropathy are presented. These patients underwent inferior orbital decompression through a lower-lid approach, with removal of the orbital floor and underlying antral mucosa. They demonstrated improved visual function as evidenced by visual acuity, visual fields, or visually evoked potentials.Entities:
