Abstract
1,2,3,4,5,6-Hexahydro-1,6-methano-2-benzazocine, 2'-methoxy-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro-1,6-methano-2-benzazocine, and N-alkyl derivatives of 2'-hydroxy-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro-1,6-methano-2-benzazocine have been synthesized in order to evaluate their analgesic activities. These compounds show only slight antinociceptive activities in the mouse hot-plate assay.Entities:
