Abstract
A marked protective effect of 0.2 mg oxytropium bromide (Ba 253), administered by inhalation, was observed against experimental provocation with a 3% acetylcholine solution. There is no difference between application by means of a metered dose inhaler or by means of powder inhalation. There is no marked protective effect of 0.2 mg oxytropium bromide administered by inhalation (aerosol or powder) against experimental provocation with a 0.3% histamine solution.Entities:
