Abstract
We describe a child with primary defect of polymorph bacterial killing associated with systemic lungs erythematosus. We suggest that her autoimmune disease results from chronic bacterial antigen stimulation and propose a hypothetical model linking immunodeficiency with autoimmunity.Entities:
