Abstract
Renal osteodystrophy still poses major problems in the management of chronic renal failure, though it had been extensively studied over the last years. The present therapeutic possibilities - massive-dose vitamin D, aluminium hydroxide and supplementary Ca-intake, administration of active vitamin D metabolites - are discussed in the light of personal observations.Entities:
