Abstract
A case of posterior fossa venous angioma involving both cerebellar hemispheres and responsible for a subarachnoid hemorrhage is reported. The computed tomographic appearance was characteristic and closely corresponded to the angiographic findings. One of the draining veins of this angiomatous lesion had a transpontine course.Entities:
