Spontaneous dissecting intramural haematoma of the oesophagus: a rare cause of haematemesis and dysphagia.

Abstract

Three cases of spontaneous dissecting intramural haematoma of the oesophagus are reported together with a review of the 26 previously reported cases. The characteristic clinical, radiological and endoscopic features are discussed.
