[Ganglioglioma of the pineal body. General review apropos of a case].

Case report of a woman of 66 with a more than 8 years duration pineal tumor. Post mortem examination of the anatomical specimen reveals 3 cellular types : pinealocytic, astrocytic and neuronal as components of a pineal ganglioglioma. Less than 10 cases of this tumor whose histogenesis is uncertain have been published.
