[Etiology of neurogenic laryngeal lesions diagnosed by electromyography].

An homogeneous series of fifty cases of neurogenic pathology of the larynx was analysed with regard to the etiologic factors. All the patients had a pathologic electromyography at the level of laryngeal muscles. Findings are compared with data from the literature about clinical laryngeal paralysis. This points out the importance to include an electromyographic examination in the investigation of this pathology.
