Abstract
Two hundred four examples of blood group antibodies, reactive only by the indirect antiglobulin test, were examined by the two-layer albumin capillary (TLAC) technique. Fifty-nine per cent of the examples tested were reactive by this technique. TLAC reactivity appeared to be related to antibody specificity, but a positive association between TLAC reactivity and IgG subclass composition was not confirmed.Mesh:
