Abstract
Bone infarction is a common occurrence in sickle cell disease. Described are three cases in which frontal headache, proptosis, and lid edema were seen with infarction of the orbital bone. Radionuclide scanning was useful in distinguished bone infarction from orbital infection in one case.Entities:
