A survey of ex-trainees.

J R Thornham.

Abstract

A survey of 81 trainees in the Northern Region for three consecutive years shows that trainees tend to join practices similar to their training practices, and that, although six months after the end of their course they have some criticisms of it, on the whole they find that their vocational training has been helpful and relevant.
