Pneumothorax during combination chemotherapy.

Abstract

Two patients with pulmonary metastases from synovial sarcoma and germ-cell tumor developed first bilateral, then repeated unilateral pneumothoraces during combination chemotherapy. It is suggested that chemotherapy may occasionally cause pneumothorax.
