Abstract
We report a case of heterotopic brain tissue in the oropharynx without connection to the CNS. We attempt to differentiate this developmental anomaly from encephaloceles and nasal gliomas, in which a communication with the CNS may lead to the development of postoperative meningitis.Entities:
