Abstract
This report contains an analysis of cumulative birth probabilities within first marriages in the United States. Trends and differentials in these probabilities, by race, Hispanic origin, education at first marriage, farm origin, religious preference, and timing of first birth are discussed. The probabilities are shown for specified birth order intervals and age at first marriage or previous birth.Mesh:
