Abstract
A micro radioimmunoassay procedure has been developed for assaying IgG antibodies to ragweed and grass allergen components. The method offers a rapid and reproducible procedure for estimating antibodies in human sera and is well adapted for monitoring immunological responses following hyposensitisation therapy.Entities:
