[Special flaps for reconstruction of the lips (author's transl)].

Techniques for the reconstruction of the upper and lower lips as well as the nasal vestibule are described. The Gillies fan-flap and a modified Estlander flap are preferred because of their simplicity in reconstruction of the lower lip.
