A case of hemolytic disease of the newborn due to anti-Dib antibodies.

Abstract

The case of a Japanese infant suffering from a rather severe form of hemolytic disease of the newborn (HDN) that required exchange transfusion is described. Serological studies revealed that the HDN of this infant was due solely to maternal anti-Dib antibodies.
