Transurethral resection of a bladder tumor by the use of a polypectomy snare.

Abstract

A polypectomy snare has been used for the transurethral resection of bladder tumors. The method is easy and resection of a main tumor en bloc is rapid in cases with a 3 cm. or less bladder tumor and tumors that are difficult to resect with customary methods because of location.
