Establishment and characterization of a murine hybridoma secreting monoclonal anti-DNA autoantibody.

Abstract

Twenty-five clones of hybridoma cells secreting anti-DNA autoantibodies were isolated after fusions between plasmacytoma cells (P3-x 63 Ag 8.653) and spleen cells from nonimmunized autoimmune NZB/NZW F1 (B/W) mice. A monoclonal anti-DNA autoantibody was immunochemically analyzed.
