Abstract
The subclasses of platelet-associated IgG were measured on the platelets of patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) by modification of the antiglobulin consumption test. All subclasses were found. In most patients, one subclass was predominant; this was usually IgG1. The platelet-associated IgG in normal donors is predominantly IgG1 and IgG2.Entities:
