Abstract
A man developed tremor after prolonged occupational exposure to metallic mercury. Treatment with N-acetyl-penicillamine resulted in marked clinical improvement despite untoward side effects. These side effects resolved after antihistamine treatment and conclusion of therapy. The decision to complete the therapeutic regimen despite an adverse reaction was justified by the striking clinical improvement.Entities:
