Intramedullary hemangioblastoma of the spinal cord: definitive management with irradiation.

R G Richardson, T W Griffin, R G Parker.

Abstract

A young woman with a very extensive intramedullary hemangioblastoma of the spinal cord was treated with a moderately high dose of irradiation after biopsy only of the tumor. Now, five years following treatment, there have been no radiation sequelae and no evidence of progressive disease.
