Abstract
A patient with transient global amnesia (TGA) had a glioma in the dominant hippocampus. Neuroradiologic studies showed local mass effect on the posterior choroidal artery on that side. This finding suggests that unilateral involvement is sufficient to cause the syndrome despite the widely held view that bilateral lesions are essential.Entities:
