Abstract
The case of a 45-year-old Latin American man, who presented to the Dermatology Clinic with a 6-month history of hyperkeratotic lesions confined to the palms and the palmar aspects of the digits of both hands, is discussed. Biopsy of these lesions revealed the classic histologic findings of mycosis fungoides. The clinical and histologic differential diagnosis of mycosis fungoides is considered.Entities:
