[Transepidermal elimination of nevus and melanoma cells].

The transepidermal elimination of nevus cells and malignant melanoma cells is discussed. In malignant melanoma tumor cell complexes occur frequently within the horny layer. The elimination of nevus cell nests represents, in contrast, a very rare phenomenon which is observed in only 0.13% of the actively growing nevus cell nevi in our study. This does not reflect a malignant degeneration of this nevus cell nevus.
