Abstract
Rupture of the neonatal urinary bladder during pregnancy or delivery is an extremely rare event, in some patients secondary to posterior urethral valves. In a recent case early diagnosis facilitated prompt surgical repair. A temporary bladder fistula secured survival and micturition cystourethrography establishment of the valves, which were successfully resected at two weeks of age.Entities:
