[Differential diagnosis of vertigo in functional cervical vertebrae joint syndromes and vertebrobasilar insufficiency].

M Hülse.

Abstract

The disequilibrium caused by a functional disturbance of the upper cervical spine is compared with the disequilibrium caused by the vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Anamnesis, otoneurological and manual examination enable the differentiation of the cervical vertigo, what is not only of theoretical interest but above all has therapeutic consequences.
