Abstract
Two patients receiving parenteral cloxacillin treatment developed agranulocytosis. Upon discontinuation of the drug, the number of leukocytes rapidly returned to normal. It is likely that an immunologic mechanism may be implicated in this drug-induced blood dyscrasia.Entities:
