Abstract
A case of mucin-positive giant cell carcinoma of the pancreas is presented. Clear cells were a prominent feature of the primary tumor and constituted the majority of the metastatic deposits, a finding not usually associated with pancreatic carcinoma. Results of ultrastructural and histochemical studies are presented, and the significance of a clear cell component in metastases is discussed.Entities:
