Abstract
This is a study of 10 men presenting with priapism and a further 25 men with impotence following priapism. Recurrent episodes of prolonged erection were a common finding and the priapism was present in most men on waking. Abnormal nocturnal tumescence was observed in one patient. The role of medical and surgical treatment was assessed.Entities:
