Fractures of neck and shaft of same femur in children. A report of two cases.

Abstract

Hip fractures in children are less uncommon than is suggested in the literature. Fractures of neck and shaft of the same femur in children are really rare. There is no generally accepted method of treatment for such an injury. Two cases of fractures of neck and shaft of same femur are reported.
