A severe form of metatropic dwarfism.

Abstract

The clinical and radiological manifestations of a lethal case of metatropic dwarfism are presented. Two radiological signs present in our case are regarded as particularly useful in making the diagnosis. Moreover other findings, unusual in this condition, are described.
